G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 14, 2021, Mr. Coffin requested various categories of records related to Title IV-D programs and services. Previous appeals This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR21/2853 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (November 9, 2021). The Office provided a response on November 23, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Office’s response, Mr. Coffin petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3104, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Office provided Mr. Coffin and this office with a supplemental response on December 8, 2021. Given that this appeal was opened based on the November 23rd response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
