G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Lambert requested any invoices relating to services rendered to the School by outside contractors for facilities maintenance and repairs during a certain time period, including costs and any record of payment made on those invoices as well as emails, text messages and record of discussions. Having received no response, Mr. Lambert petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated November 29, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the School’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Lambert may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
