The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records November 29, 2021 SPR21/3110 Mike Vigneux Records Access Officer City of Worcester 455 Main Street Worcester, MA 01608 Dear Mr. Vigneux: I have received the petition of Ben Tobin appealing the nonresponse of the City of Worcester (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 26, 2021, Mr. Tobin requested, “… the policy and procedure manual for special education required under the SEPPS agreement.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Tobin petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3110, was opened as a result. I have subsequently learned that the City responded to the request on November 29, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this appeal closed. Mr. Tobin may appeal the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
