G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 18, 2021, Mr. Herman referred to an individual’s “other pay” of $4,139 listed on the Comptroller’s website, and requested “copies of any and all records that would reveal what the $4,139 represents.” The College responded on November 23, 2021. Unsatisfied with the College’s response, Mr. Herman appealed, and this case was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the College provided a supplemental response by email to Mr. Herman and this office on December 8, 2021. As this appeal was opened based on the College’s November 23rd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may further appeal the substantive nature of the College’s December 2nd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
