Murray Supervisor of Records December 7, 2021 SPR21/3171 Peter Sennett Mount Wachusett Community College 444 Green Street Gardner, MA 01440-1000 Dear Mr. Sennett: I have received the petition of Colman Herman appealing the nonresponse of the Mount Wachusett Community College (College) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Herman requested certain financial related records. Having received no response, he petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the College provided a response on December 6, 2021. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the College’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
