The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records December 10, 2021 SPR21/3191 John Pitcher Bunker Hill Community College 250 New Rutherford Avenue Boston, MA 02129 Dear Mr. Pitcher: I have received the petition of Colman Herman appealing the nonresponse of the Bunker Hill Community College (College) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Herman requested “copies of any and all records that would reveal what the $4,213 [of a specified College employee’s pay] represents.” Having received no response, he petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the College provided a response on December 8, 2021. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the College’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
