G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Herman requested “copies of any and all records that would reveal what the $4,213 [of a specified College employee’s pay] represents.” Having received no response, he petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the College provided a response on December 8, 2021. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the College’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
