Murray Supervisor of Records December 10, 2021 SPR21/3193 Paul Alexander Cape Cod Community College 2240 Iyannough Road West Barnstable, MA 02668-1599 Dear Mr. Alexander: I have received the petition of Colman Herman appealing the nonresponse of the Cape Cod Community College (College) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 18, 2021, Mr. Herman requested, “copies of any and all records that would reveal what the $4,213 [of a specified College employee’s pay] represents.” Having received no response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and SPR21/3193 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, Mr. Herman notified this office that he wishes to withdraw his appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
