Boody appealing the nonresponse of the City of Holyoke (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 16, 2021, Ms. Boody requested the use of force and social media policies for the City of Holyoke. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Boody petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR21/3194, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Ms. Boody with a response to her request. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
