Roche appealing the nonresponse of the City of Westfield Law Department (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 17, 2021, Attorney Roche requested “[a] copy of the audio for call number 21-32409, dated September 27, 2021.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Attorney Roche petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3206, was opened as a result. It is my understanding the City provided a response dated December 10, 2021 to Attorney Roche’s request. Where the basis of this appeal as opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
