The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records December 30, 2021 SPR21/3273 Timothy J. Cruise City Clerk City of Brockton 45 School Street Brockton, MA 02301 Dear Mr. Cruise: I have received the petition of Lisa Parr appealing the nonresponse of the City of Brockton (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 18, 2021, Ms. Parr requested in electronic tabular format, the resident list for the City. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Parr petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3273, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that a response was provided to Ms. Parr dated December 20, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Parr may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
