G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 17, 2021, Mr. Keaney requested numerous emails and documents. The Town responded on December 1, 2021. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Keaney petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3284, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. Keaney’s request with a response sent on December 21, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s December 1st response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
