The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records December 21, 2021 SPR21/3284 Robert Stanley Director, Parks and Recreation Town of Dedham 269 Common Street Dedham, MA 02026 Dear Mr. Stanley: I have received the petition of Brian Keaney appealing the response of the Town of Dedham (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 17, 2021, Mr. Keaney requested numerous emails and documents. The Town responded on December 1, 2021. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Keaney petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3284, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. Keaney’s request with a response sent on December 21, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s December 1st response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Keaney may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
