The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records January 4, 2022 SPR21/3329 Michele M. Heffernan, Esq. General Counsel Human Resources Division 100 Cambridge Street, Suite 600 Boston, MA 02114 Dear Attorney Heffernan: I have received the petition of Peter Vickery, Esq. of Bobrowski & Vickery, LLC appealing the nonresponse of the Human Resources Division (Division) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 1, 2021, Attorney Vickery requested six (6) categories of records relating to any and all vaccination mandates, during the period of January 1, 2018 to December 1, 2021. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Attorney Vickery petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3329, was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it remains unclear whether the Division has provided a response. Accordingly, the Division is ordered to provide Attorney Vickery with a response to his request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Attorney Vickery may appeal the substantive nature of the Division’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
