G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 9, 2021, Mr. Hempseed requested, “…a copy of the full police department duty roster for May 13, May 14, May 15, May 16, May 17, 2021.” On December 23, 2021, the Department responded. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Hempseed petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3338, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department responded to Mr. Hempseed’s request with a further response sent on December 27, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s December 23rd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hempseed may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s subsequent response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
