G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 1, 2021, Mr. Quemere requested: ● The Linder report, which refers to a review/audit of the Massachusetts State Police by Linder & Associates that was commissioned by the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security and completed in approximately 1996. ● All materials related to the Linder report (e.g., completed questionnaires) that the State Library possesses. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Quemere petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR21/3370, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Library provided Mr. Quemere with a response dated January 12, 2022. In light of the Library’s January 12th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Quemere may appeal the substantive nature of the Library’s response within ninety days.
