G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 8, 2021, Mr. Skipton requested “… all Palmer Police dispatch radio traffic for 7-12-2017 from 5 pm to 10 pm, and copies of the Palmer police log book for 7-12- 2017 thru 7-13-2017.” Prior Appeal This request the subject of a prior appeal. See SPR21/2545 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (October 15, 2021). I closed my October 15th determination finding that the Department provided a supplemental response on October 12, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Department’s October 12th response, Mr. Skipton petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3382, was opened as a result. In his appeal, Mr. Skipton indicates “… [t]here are multiple redactions made in Chief Burns narrative without written explanations as to why, that can now be proven.” After a review of the case file, it is unclear if this response with redactions was provided. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1)(g) (requesters shall provide to the Supervisor complete copies of all correspondence associated with the petition). Accordingly, I am unable to opine on this appeal at this time. If unresolved issues remain, Mr. Skipton may file an appeal with this office with the necessary documents.
