G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Haller requested a breakdown by school district as to how many participants are registered for an identified training. Having received no response, Mr. Haller petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated January 4, 2022. Where this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
