The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records January 11, 2022 SPR22/0040 Raymond Matte Building Commissioner Town of Concord – Building and Inspection 141 Keyes Road, Second Floor Concord, MA 01742 Dear Commissioner Matte: I have received the petition of Edward Sinni appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Concord Building and Inspection Department (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 13, 2021, Mr. Sinni requested the following documents: [1] All information submitted to the Town or any other department for any work to be done in [an identified address] within the last year[;] [2] Any changes made to [named individual] license for this business … Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Sinni petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0040, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a response to Mr. Sinni’s request dated January 10, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sinni may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
