The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records January 21, 2022 SPR22/0045 Edward A. Bouquillon, PhD Superintendent-Director Minuteman Regional Vocational High School 758 Marrett Road Lexington, MA 02421-7313 Dear Dr. Bouquillon: I have received the petition from David R. Manjarrez appealing the response of the Minuteman Regional Vocational High School (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 11, 2021, Mr. Manjarrez requested, in pertinent part, minutes from various executive sessions meetings. Previous appeals This request was the subject of previous appeals. See SPR21/1600 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (July 7, 2021) and SPR21/2604 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (October 18, 2021). The School subsequently responded on October 15, 2021. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, Mr. Manjarrez petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0045, was opened as a result. The School also provided responses dated January 14 and January 19, 2022. In a telephone conversation between a School representative and a staff attorney, it is my understanding that the School intends on providing a further response to Mr. Manjarrez. Accordingly, the School is ordered to provide Mr. Manjarrez with a response to the request in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within 10 business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Manjarrez may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days.
