G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 10, 2021, Mr. Sliski requested, “… all communications and filings between the ATB and the town of Lincoln … for calendar year 2021.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Sliski petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR22/0061, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Board intends to provide Mr. Sliski with a response to his request within ten business days. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Board’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
