Worcester County District Attorney’s Office Worcester Trial Court 255 Main Street, G301 Worcester, MA 01608 Dear Attorney Relation: I have received the petition of Craig Shibley appealing the nonresponse of the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Shibley requested targeted interview transcripts related to a cold case. Having received no response, Mr. Shibley petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated January 19, 2022. Where this matter was opened based upon the Office’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Shibley may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
