G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 23, 2021, Mr. Sheridan requested, “… any and all recordings of 911 calls on May 15th made after 8pm.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Sheridan petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR22/0068, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department intends to provide Mr. Sheridan with a response. The Department is ordered to provide said response in compliance with the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days. Mr. Sheridan may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
