Ellison City Administrator City of North Adams 10 Main Street North Adams, MA 01247 Dear Ms. Ellison: I have received the petition of Gerrit Blauvelt appealing the nonresponse of the City of North Adams Office of the City Administrator (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 20, 2021, Mr. Blauvelt requested the documents that will be used by the City’s Airport Commission at its December 21, 2021 meeting. On January 12, 2022, claiming to not have received a response, Mr. Blauvelt petitioned this office, and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequently, Mr. Blauvelt informed this office that the City provided him with the records on January 13th, and requested that this office close his appeal. In light of the City’s provision of the records to Mr. Blauvelt, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
