G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 5, 2022, Mr. Strahan requested records related to lobster fishing permits and applications. The Division provided a response to Mr. Strahan on January 7, 2022. Unsatisfied with the Division’s response, Mr. Strahan petitioned this office and SPR22/0083 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Division provided a supplemental response on January 28, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was the January 7th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Strahan may appeal the substantive nature of the Division’s January 28th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
