G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Moran requested any incident reports, call logs, dispatch logs and notes, 911 calls, telephone and radio communications, email communications and video or audio recordings related to an identified incident. Having received no response, Mr. Moran petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated January 19, 2022. Where this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
