G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 31, 2021, Mr. Sheridan requested, “…any photo images or video footage of the crash on … 2021 at 495 N onramp to 24 N at 9:10pm responded and with a crash report filed by Sergeant …of the D4 - Middleboro barracks [and] any body camera images or videos and any ‘dash cam’ or other cruiser videos.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Sheridan petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR22/0109, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a response to Mr. Sheridan dated January 24, 2022. In light of the Department’s January 24th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
