Chenard Town Manager Town of Pembroke 100 Centre Street Pembroke, MA 02359 Dear Mr. Chenard, I have received the petition of Lisa Parr appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Pembroke (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 30, 2021, Ms. Parr requested the town resident list in Excel format. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Parr petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0120, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that a representative from the Town intends on providing a written response to Ms. Parr. Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Ms. Parr with a response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Ms. Parr may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days.
