Murray Supervisor of Records January 27, 2022 SPR22/0140 Marianne Staples Town Clerk Town of Mansfield 6 Park Row, 2nd Floor Mansfield, MA 02048 Dear Ms. Staples: I have received the petition of Lisa Parr appealing the response of the Town of Mansfield (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 20, 2022, Ms. Parr requested a Town resident list including mailing and residential addresses. Claiming that she had not received a satisfactory response, Ms. Parr petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0140, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Town provided a supplemental response on January 27, 2022. In light of this, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Parr may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
