Murray Supervisor of Records February 3, 2022 SPR22/0142 Allison Mondello Primary RAO Massachusetts State Police 470 Worchester Rd Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Ms. Mondello: I have received the petition of Quan Doe appealing the nonresponse of the Department of State Police (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 17, 2021, Mr. Doe requested, “…all documentation regarding and involving case lead by [named person] … including [identified persons] … and all other officers directly involved in the criminal investigation …” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Doe petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0142, was opened as a result. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. Mr. Doe may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
