The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records January 25, 2022 SPR22/0145 Ben Kaufman Town Clerk Town of Brookline 333 Washington Street, Room 104 Brookline, MA 02445 Dear Mr. Kaufman: I have received the petition of Noah Brother appealing the response of the Town of Brookline (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 2, 2021, Mr. Brother requested three categories of records. The Town responded on January 19, 2022. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Brother appealed, and this case was opened as a result. Following additional correspondence between Mr. Brother and the Town, on January 22, 2022, Mr. Brother emailed this office stating that he is “therefore comfortable retracting the request for appeal.” Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
