The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records January 25, 2022 SPR22/0148 Lieutenant James Lonchiadis Shrewsbury Police Department 106 Maple Street Shrewsbury, MA 01545 Dear Lt. Lonchiadis: I have received the petition of John Moran appealing the response of the Shrewsbury Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 28, 2021, Mr. Moran requested any incident reports, call logs, dispatch logs and notes, 911 calls, telephone and radio communications, email communications and video or audio recordings related to an identified incident. Previous appeal This request was the subject of previous appeal. See SPR22/0103 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (January 20, 2021). The Department provided a response on January 19, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Moran petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0148, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department provided a supplemental response on January 24, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was the January 19th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Moran may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s January 24th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
