G. L. c. 66, §10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 6, 2022, Mr. Mazurczyk requested the following records: 1) Invoices for the month of July 2021 of Verizon accounts #786801404-00001 and #481485108-00002. 2) Response Town provided to the Supervisor of Records dated December 6, 2021. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Mazurczyk petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0150, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that a representative from the Town intends on providing a written response to Mr. Mazurczyk. Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Mr. Mazurczyk with a response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Mazurczyk may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days.
