G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Beaudet requested “. . . documents that reveal which hockey programs in Massachusetts have cooperated with the state’s contact tracing efforts and which have not.” The Department provided a response on January 24, 2022, providing responsive records. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Beaudet petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0158, was opened as a result. In an email correspondence on February 2, 2022, the Department notified this office that it intends to provide a supplemental response to Mr. Beaudet. Conclusion Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Mr. Beaudet with said response, in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days.
