G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Patch requested a copy of the public records of the Department’s Child Support Enforcement Policies and Procedures currently and formerly in force and effect for a certain time period. Having received no response, Mr. Patch petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated February 2, 2022. Where this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
