Murray Supervisor of Records February 7, 2022 SPR22/0178 Stephen Withers Records Access Officer City of Attleboro 77 Park Street Attleboro, MA 02703 Dear Mr. Withers: I have received the petition of Colman Herman appealing the response of the City of Attleboro (Attleboro) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 23, 2022, Mr. Herman requested, “copies of Mayor Paul Heroux’s calendar for the period January 1, 2021 to January 23, 2022.” The City provided a response on January 24, 2022. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0178, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the City provided Mr. Herman a supplemental response. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s supplemental response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
