G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 7, 2022, Ms. Carey requested “….any and all documents related to the arrest mentioned in the state police report below. Responsive documents should include communications with the public relations firm that wrote the HPD press release from Monday morning Friday January 7th, 2022 [and] … include the arrest record and time of arrest.” Prior Appeal The requested records were the subject of a prior appeal. See SPR22/0183 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (January 28, 2022). Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Carey with a response dated February 9, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s January 27th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
