Waller appealing the response of the Town of Marblehead (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Waller requested copies of: “all invoices submitted by Mead, Talerman & Costa, LLC for Fiscal Year 2019.” The request was the subject of a fee petition. See SPR21/3179 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (Supervisor) (December 8, 2021). Mr. Waller paid the fee estimate on January 13, 2022. When Mr. Waller did not receive the records, he petitioned the Supervisor and this appeal was opened. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, on February 3, 2022, the Town provided Mr. Waller with a response accompanied by the responsive records.
