G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 23, 2022, Mr. Goggins requested, “… all records of dispatches and transports from the address of 15-17 Augustus Ave in Roslindale from Jan 1 2021 to Jan 23 2022.” The Department responded on February 3, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Goggins petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0264 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a further response on February 15, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s February 3rd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
