G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 13, 2021, Ms. Spaulding requested “any and all emails sent by any member of the Framingham School Committee or received by the Framingham School Committee, Mayor Yvonne Spicer and any member of the city council for the day of June 11, 2021.” The City responded on December 23, 2021, providing a fee estimate. Objecting to the fees, Ms. Spaulding appealed, and this case was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, in an email to this office and the City on February 9, 2022, Ms. Spaulding states “I am withdrawing my appeal.” Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
