The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records February 10, 2022 SPR22/0217 Todd Palmer Records Access Officer City of Framingham 150 Concord Street Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Mr. Palmer: I have received the petition of Corey Spaulding appealing the response of the City of Framingham (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 13, 2021, Ms. Spaulding requested “any and all emails sent by any member of the Framingham School Committee or received by the Framingham School Committee, Mayor Yvonne Spicer and any member of the city council for the day of June 11, 2021.” The City responded on December 23, 2021, providing a fee estimate. Objecting to the fees, Ms. Spaulding appealed, and this case was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, in an email to this office and the City on February 9, 2022, Ms. Spaulding states “I am withdrawing my appeal.” Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
