Murray Supervisor of Records February 15, 2022 SPR22/0276 Carley Premo Melo City of Framingham 150 Concord Street Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Ms. Premo Melo: I have received the petition of Brian Petrini-Smith appealing the nonresponse of the City of Framingham (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Petrini-Smith requested emails sent between identified individuals. Having received no response, he petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated February 15, 2022. Where this matter was opened based upon the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Petrini-Smith may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
