Murray Supervisor of Records February 18, 2022 SPR22/0277 Carly Premo Melo Super Records Access Officer City of Framingham Technology Services Department 150 Concord Street Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Director Premo Melo: I have received the petition of Frank Wood appealing the nonresponse of the City of Framingham Technology Services Department (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 20, 2021, Mr. Wood requested the “…source of, application for …total grant amount and all itemized deductions from [identified] grant. Specifically, documentation on what this grant is or what rules exist for usage.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Wood petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0277, was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it remains unclear whether the City has provided a response. As such, the City is ordered to provide Mr. Wood with a response to his request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. Mr. Wood may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
