See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 27, 2021, Mr. Wood requested the following records: [1] All emails, including attachments, in the email box of [identified persons] with an attached file…from January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021[;] [2] All emails, including attachments, in the email box of [identified persons] with a certain phrase in the subject line…from January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Wood petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0282, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a response to Mr. Wood dated February 11, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
