G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 24, 2021, Mr. DiPronio requested “…[d]ocumentation that the districts listed on the attachment submitted to the Department to comply with 34 C.F.R. paragraph 300.13(c) and 300.133 for fiscal years 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. DiPronio petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR22/0286, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department is aware of this appeal and is working on a response. Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Mr. DiPronio with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days.
