See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 27, 2021, Mr. Wood requested “… the December 2021 … invoices and/or documentation of billable time for the city solicitor, his firm, or any attorneys retained by the city or representing any of the [named] entities …” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Wood petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0287, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a response to Mr. Wood’s request. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
