King appealing the response of the Groton- Dunstable Regional School District (District) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 15, 2022, Ms. King requested: “Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Letter(s) of Finding for complaint PRS 6210, redacted of confidential information.” After being notified of this appeal, the District’s Legal Counsel, Matthew W. MacAvoy of Nuttall, MacAvoy & Joyce, P.C., provided a February 17, 2022 supplemental response. Given that this appeal was opened based on the prior response, accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
