Deputy Chief Legal Counsel Office of the Chief Legal Counsel Massachusetts Department of State Police 470 Worcester Road Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Attorney Farrell, I have received the petitions of Allison Jarmanning of WBUR appealing the nonresponse of the Department of State Police (Department) to requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 6, 2022, Ms. Jarmanning requested various incident reports.
