G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 16, 2021, Mr. Saulnier requested copies of: “[a]ll records of any kind related to parking tickets: #639296, #627051, #607674, #640354 [and] [a]ll records of the advertisement, search, selection, and appointment of the Hearings Officer for Dukes County.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Saulnier petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0301, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office responded to Mr. Saulnier’s request on February 10, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
