G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 18, 2022, the Malden News Network requested “…records (in electric form) related to any ‘Termination of Lease’ associated with [an identified location] as referred to in the Closure Disclosure for the transaction on 7/22/21.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, the Malden News Network petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR22/0321, was opened as a result. As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the School has not provided the Malden News Network a response to their request for records. Accordingly, the School is ordered to provide the Malden News Network with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days.
