General Counsel Human Resources Division One Ashburton Place Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Heffernan: I have received the petition of Todd Wallack of WBUR appealing the response of the Human Resources Division (Division) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 18, 2022, Mr. Wallack requested information relating to applications and rulings on waivers for COVID-19 vaccination. Previous Appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR22/0270 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (February 8, 2022). The Division responded on February 9, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Wallack petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0325, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Division provided a further response on February 16, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the of the Division’s February 9th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
