Feinberg appealing the nonresponse of the City of Medford (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 25, 2022, Attorney Feinberg requested six (6) categories of various records for the period commencing January 6, 2020 to the present. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Attorney Feinberg petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0335, was opened as a result. Subsequently, a representative of the City provided a response dated February 10, 2022 to Attorney Feinberg’s request. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
