The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records March 1, 2022 SPR22/0372 Richard A. Villani Town Administrator Town of Milford 52 Main Street, Room 11 Milford, MA 01757 Dear Mr. Villani: I have received the petition of Paul Kernan appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Milford Office of the Town Administrator (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 30, 2021, Mr. Kernan requested a “…copy of the Police Department CAD incident logs and corresponding incident reports for [an identified address] from 2004 to present.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Kernan petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0372, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a response to Mr. Kernan’s request. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Kernan may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
